Zipper Mowers Introduces VR Riders, Mid-Mount Zero Turns

Augusta, Kansas - July 4th, 2008 – A new Zero Turn from Zipper Mowers, the VR Mid-Mount 50” & 60” Riders. Zipper, known for its superior out-front mowers, has integrated their advanced design into Mid-Mount Zero Turns that provide higher performance and value to operators. These commercial quality units feature suspension seats, electric lift decks, head lights and heavy duty spindles. Powered by a 31-hp Kawasaki engine, the VR has White individual pumps and wheel motors for smooth steering control from 0-12 mph. Available in 50" & 60" cutting width’s achieving 5 to 6 acres per hour. The electric lifting deck lift provides the operator with push button variable cutting heights from 1.0" – 5.0" in 1/4" increments. The mowing deck is made from 7 gauge steel, featuring anti-scalp rollers, rear engine guard with hitch receiver, tachometer, hour meter, and 10 gal fuel capacity all standard equipment. The VR Riders also feature PTO blade engagement and operator presence controls.
